These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kokok Shop website, marketplace, services and related features (“Platform”).
By accessing, registering for an account, purchasing products, selling products or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
Kokok Shop is an online marketplace operated to facilitate transactions between buyers and participating sellers, vendors, merchants, producers, farmers and other businesses (“Sellers”).
Kokok Shop provides the technology and marketplace infrastructure through which Sellers may list and offer their products to customers.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, products displayed on the Platform may be offered and supplied by independent Sellers.
Accordingly, Kokok Shop may act as an intermediary facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers rather than the direct manufacturer, producer or supplier of every product offered on the Platform.
By using Kokok Shop, you confirm that:
Persons below the legal age to enter into a contract should use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Certain features of Kokok Shop may require registration of an account.
Users are responsible for:
Any activity performed through an authenticated account may be treated as activity performed by the registered account holder unless proven otherwise.
Kokok Shop reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where there is suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms or unlawful activity.
Products displayed on Kokok Shop may be listed by independent Sellers.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings, including descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, specifications and other information, are accurate and not misleading.
Actual product appearance may differ slightly from photographs displayed due to factors such as packaging changes, lighting, screen settings, product variation or supplier updates.
For agricultural, livestock, food and naturally produced items, reasonable variations in weight, size, appearance, colour or other natural characteristics may occur.
All orders are subject to product availability.
A product being displayed on the Platform does not necessarily guarantee that the product remains available at the time an order is processed.
Where an ordered product becomes unavailable, the Buyer may be offered:
An order placed through Kokok Shop constitutes a request by the Buyer to purchase the selected products.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted by the Seller.
An order may be rejected or cancelled where, among other reasons:
Where payment has already been collected for a subsequently cancelled order, any refund due will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.
Prices displayed on Kokok Shop are generally stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may be determined by individual Sellers and may change from time to time.

The total amount payable will normally be displayed before the Buyer confirms the order.
Kokok Shop and its Sellers reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or system errors.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, the affected order may be cancelled.
Where payment has already been made, the amount paid for the cancelled transaction will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks or other payment service providers integrated with Kokok Shop.
Users may be required to comply with the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant payment provider.
Kokok Shop does not control the internal processing systems of external banks and payment providers and therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services.
Orders may remain pending until payment has been successfully verified.
For transactions conducted through the marketplace, payment from the Buyer may first be received or processed through Kokok Shop or an appointed payment service provider.
Settlement to the Seller may be subject to completion of the transaction, delivery confirmation, applicable holding periods, refunds, disputes, commissions, service charges or other marketplace requirements.
Kokok Shop reserves the right to temporarily withhold settlement where reasonably necessary to investigate:

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances including traffic, weather, distance, product preparation, availability, courier operations and other factors beyond reasonable control.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.
Certain products sold through Kokok Shop may include fresh, chilled, frozen or other perishable products.
Buyers should inspect such products as soon as reasonably possible upon delivery and store them according to appropriate food safety or storage requirements.
For frozen or chilled products, Buyers are encouraged to transfer products to suitable refrigeration or freezer storage immediately after receiving the order.
Refund or replacement requests involving perishable products may require photographic or other supporting evidence showing the condition of the product upon receipt.
Where permitted by applicable law and Kokok Shop policies, certain Sellers may offer live animals, poultry, livestock or related products.
Such listings may be subject to additional requirements relating to:
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that any sale and transportation of regulated animals complies with applicable laws, licences and regulatory requirements.
Kokok Shop reserves the right to prohibit, remove or restrict any animal-related listing that it considers unlawful, unsafe, inappropriate or non-compliant.
Sellers must not list products prohibited by Malaysian law or Kokok Shop policies.
Products that require permits, licences, approvals, certifications or other regulatory authorisation may only be offered where the Seller has the necessary authority to do so.
Kokok Shop reserves the right to remove listings or suspend Sellers where regulatory compliance cannot reasonably be established.
Sellers offering food products are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with applicable food safety, hygiene, labelling, preparation, storage and regulatory requirements.
Where applicable, Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information concerning:
Buyers with allergies or specific dietary requirements should review product information carefully and contact the Seller where clarification is required before placing an order.
Where a Seller makes a Halal claim or displays a Halal certification relating to a product, the Seller is responsible for ensuring that the representation is accurate and supported by the appropriate certification or authority where required.
Kokok Shop does not independently certify products as Halal unless expressly stated.
Misleading or unauthorised use of Halal claims, logos or certification information is prohibited.
Order cancellation may depend on the stage of order processing.
A Buyer may be unable to cancel an order once:
Applicable cancellation options displayed within the Platform will take precedence where available.
Refund, return or replacement eligibility depends on the product type and circumstances.
A Buyer may submit a request where, for example:
Buyers may be required to submit photographs, videos, delivery information, packaging evidence or other documentation necessary to review a claim.
Certain products may not be returnable due to their nature, including perishable goods, opened food products or products that cannot safely be resold, except where required by applicable law or where the product supplied was defective or incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in listing removal, account suspension, withholding of settlement or termination from the marketplace.
Users may be permitted to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content.

Kokok Shop may remove content that violates these requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, the Kokok Shop name, branding, logo, website design, software, text, graphics and Platform content are owned by or licensed to the operator of Kokok Shop.
Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy or commercially exploit such content without prior permission.
Seller-owned product images, trademarks and descriptions remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Users must not engage in activities intended to manipulate or abuse the Platform.
Examples include:
Kokok Shop may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected abuse and may cooperate with authorities where appropriate.
Promotions, discounts, vouchers, coupons and reward programmes may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
Kokok Shop reserves the right to cancel promotional benefits obtained through fraud, misuse or technical exploitation.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services including payment providers, logistics companies, analytics services and external websites.
These services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Kokok Shop is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.
Kokok Shop may collect and process personal information required to provide marketplace services, including information relating to account registration, transactions, payments, deliveries, customer support and Platform security.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and relevant Malaysian data protection requirements.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge that certain information may need to be shared with Sellers, payment providers, logistics providers or other service providers where reasonably necessary to complete transactions and operate the marketplace.
Kokok Shop aims to maintain reliable Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Access may occasionally be interrupted due to:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kokok Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.
Where Kokok Shop acts solely as a marketplace intermediary, individual Sellers remain responsible for the products they list and supply.
However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Malaysian law.
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities or claims arising from their unlawful use of the Platform, infringement of third-party rights or material violation of these Terms.
Kokok Shop may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary due to:
Kokok Shop may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Platform operations, services, laws, regulations or business requirements.
The latest version will be published on the Platform together with its effective or updated date.
Continued use of Kokok Shop after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising from use of Kokok Shop shall be handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian law and available dispute resolution mechanisms.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
